Craft #4- Pillow out of an old sweater

I had an old sweater. It was pretty beat up, but for some reason, I could not throw it away even though the sleeves were falling off. But, I found a way to recycle it here! And, this is how it went down.
Here is the sweater before...

I cut it into 2 squares, added some lining and sewed it all together. (though it is not as easy as it sounds.)

And here is my new (lopsided, but none the less cute) pillow!
It was my first attempt at pillow making and I'm not gonna lie...it was a bit difficult. Next time will be much easier. And now to see how I can recycle the sleeves. Any ideas?

use the sleeves as a hat/scarf combo for Kennedy. Cute pillow! Though I don't have many sweaters to do that for my own home... :)

Cute, Carli! That is such a great idea! I've seen sleeves used as cute leg warmers for little girls...
