Happy Mother's day to all you mom's! Today, we went to go see great grandma K (great great grandma to Kennedy)and to cook her dinner. While we were there, we went to the park down the street and looked at the beautiful tulips and played on the swings. It was so much fun! I was so glad that it was warm today. It was the perfect day to sit outside and soak up the sun. I think my grandma enjoyed not being alone on Mother's day. She is so sweet and she enjoyed a good meal.
On another note, I am a big American Idol fan, so when I heard that David Archuleta was coming to town, I was so there!!! I packed up Kennedy and went to Murray high school which is about 5 miles up the road. There were like 9,000 people there, but it was SOOOOO fun! He even sang 3 songs for us. I was pretty close too. I could not get any close up pictures, but I video taped the whole thing, so maybe I will post that when I get a chance. It has been a pretty fun week!

I actually did a little research while Baylee was sick and I think she had Rubella (german measles) all symptoms and time frame fit perfectly. It's pretty easily spread and she doesn't get her shot for another 3 months. But it's not bad, only 50% goes noticed. Crazy. It is fun to have another kid so close to Baylee's age. All my friends kids are older. I'm jealous yall had such a nice day today! You look great. Happy Mother's Day!
My sister-in-law and her daughters went to American Idol too! They thought David was so cute and sweet. Mickensi touched the hand of his best friend!! I'm glad you had such a good mother's day. You look great!
